Take this easy shrimp recipe as a token of my apology. I recommend this shrimp sauce be paired with Smokey Jollof Rice.
Quick Garlic Ginger Shrimp Sauce
Here is a quick sauce for you to try! This recipe pairs perfectly with Jollof Rice.
- 8 Large Shrimps
- 3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 3 Tbsp Ground Ginger
- 3 Tsp Garlic Salt, Black Pepper, and Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Diced Onion, Red Pepper, and Scallion
- 4 Tbsp Fresh Dill
Add oil to deep wok pan and heat for 30 seconds. Add onions, red pepper, and scallions and heat for 1 minute.
Add ginger and garlic. Stir on medium heat for two minutes until fragrance is less intense.
Add shrimps, dill, and seasonings. Stir fry for 4 minutes.
Serve with sides of your choice. I recommend Smokey Jollof Rice!
